Frank Agyei
Frank leads CAPS-WA’s Economic Security Department and its data analysis work. With over five years of experience in project coordination, executive support, and data management, he ensures that evidence-based insights guide the Centre’s strategy and advocacy.
He holds a BA (Hons.) in Geography and an MA in Population Studies from the University of Ghana, alongside a Professional Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Washington.
Frank has coordinated major national operations, including serving as Administrative Head and Chief Technical Officer for the 2021 Ghana Population and Housing Census (Birim South District) and coordinating the Secretariat for the 2014 Ghana Demographic and Health Survey. In these roles, he managed budgets, built partnerships, and ensured effective communication across stakeholders.
At CAPS-WA, he brings strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods, statistical analysis, and advanced data management tools. His work strengthens the Centre’s ability to track socio-economic drivers of insecurity, generate actionable intelligence, and design robust monitoring frameworks.
His leadership and precision in data analysis underpin CAPS-WA’s mission to promote sustainable security and development across West Africa.
